The plants were originally commissioned about 20 years ago and their products were produced to high standards. Upgrades have also been carried out on the facilities at various stages and the products were marketed countrywide and to some export markets to a limited extent. The Formalchem plant recently completed a successful environmental impact study. The plant and its contents will be either sold separately or as a whole.
